MusiQproof Affiliate Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

To participate in the MusiQproof Affiliate Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain a valid email address and PayPal account.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

You may not share your account with others or create multiple affiliate accounts without written permission from MusiQproof.

3. Affiliate Approval

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Affiliate Program.

MusiQproof reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend or terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion.

4. Your Affiliate Dashboard

Once approved, you will receive access to your Affiliate Dashboard where you can:

• View your referral links.
• Track clicks, referrals and sales.
• Monitor commissions.
• Request PayPal payouts.
• Update your account details.

The information displayed in the dashboard is considered the official record of your affiliate activity.

5. Referral Tracking

Customer referrals are tracked using cookies.

• The default cookie duration is 90 days.
• Referral attribution follows the last-click principle.
• MusiQproof cannot guarantee referral tracking if cookies are blocked, deleted or disabled by the customer.

6. Commission Payments

Commission percentages, eligibility and payout rules are governed by the MusiQproof Affiliate Agreement.

Only approved commissions are eligible for payout.

7. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

• Submit false or misleading information.
• Engage in spam or unsolicited marketing.
• Use fraudulent methods to generate commissions.
• Attempt to manipulate tracking or commission systems.
• Create fake customer accounts.
• Purchase MusiQproof products through their own referral links.
• Use automated bots or click-generation software.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

8. Account Suspension

MusiQproof may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate an affiliate account if:

• Fraud is suspected.
• These Terms are violated.
• The Affiliate Agreement is violated.
• Activity is considered harmful to MusiQproof or its customers.

Any unpaid commissions associated with fraudulent activity may be cancelled.

9. Intellectual Property

All MusiQproof trademarks, logos, graphics and marketing materials remain the exclusive property of MusiQproof.

Affiliates may only use materials made available through the Affiliate Dashboard unless written permission has been granted.

10. Privacy

Your personal information will be processed in accordance with the MusiQproof Privacy Policy.

Affiliate performance data is confidential and may not be shared publicly without permission.

11. Changes

MusiQproof may update these Terms of Service at any time.

Continued use of the Affiliate Portal after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Disclaimer

MusiQproof makes no guarantee regarding the amount of commission an affiliate may earn.

Affiliate income depends entirely on the affiliate's own promotional activities and customer conversions.
